ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card. If you prefer to pay a different way, our leasing team will also accept rent payments in the form of personal checks or certified funds. Our Renters Insurance requires the policy list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party. If you have any questions about the Renters Insurance policy at Willow Hill Apartments, please contact our leasing office!

You must use Xfinity as your internet and cable provider.

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! Refer to your lease agreement for buy-out options. When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

Our staff will set up your utilities, but you will be responsible for setting up your electricity service with ComEd.

At Willow Hill Apartments, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

When reviewing an application to rent at Willow Hill Apartments, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about this process, please review the Rental Criteria or contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 5 times (gross market rent).

Applicant(s) must provide verification of income from their employer.

Our property uses Safe Rent to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past paystubs to validate income.

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of these  apartments, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.

Subletting and short term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.
