Pet Policy

Dogs and cats are welcome at Willow Hill Apartments!
Up to 2 pets total per household with a max of 2 cats, 1 dog, or 1 cat and 1 dog.

Monthly Pet Rent: 
$25 per cat
$25 per dog under 30 lbs
$40 per dog over 30 lbs
One-time Pet Fee: $250 per pet

We do not have a pet deposit. The weight limit is 100 lbs per pet. The following breed restrictions apply: American Pit Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Miniature Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Akita, Dalmatian, Bull Mastiff, Papillon, Giant Schnauzer, Old English Sheep Dog, any mixes including these breeds, and any others designated by management. For information on service animals, please call our office.
